Testing

To test your installation, you can use our image-stacks located in our Example stacks folder. Please extract the zip first and drag-and-drop the tif files into the software. Image-stacks are shipped with an INI file with the same name that contains the microscope parameters. This file is automatically loaded by the software so you don’t have to re-enter the parameters. To get more informations about the test images, please refer to this page.
