PSFj is tool created to analyse microscopy images of fluorescent beads in order to determine quantitatively the resolution and chromatic aberrations of a fluorescence microsocope over the full field of view. PSFj can be used as stand-alone application (Windows, Linux and Mac OS) or as an ImageJ/Fiji plugin.
